If you have super nosy neighbors then 100% grow SAGE inside. But, if you’re like me and have really great neighbors, then I think growing it outdoors is best cuz of how tall the plants get. And I don’t know about you, but I LOVE the smell of pot wafting in from outside.

It took a little while to get my seeds to germinate….I was ignorant of the helpful blogs on this site with all their growing advice, so I just put the seeds straight in the ground. 1 week passes, 2 weeks….no germination. Dug up the seeds and they hadn’t even cracked! Read up on “the paper towel method” and decided to try it out. Soaked the seeds for a few days and put them back in the ground. And Voila! They all popped within a day or two of soaking. Now that’s the ticket!

Smells nice, like sage mixed with a skunky strain of MJ. Didn’t produce as much a I was hoping, but maybe I planted my seeds too close together? I think these plants really need room to stretch out and grow in order to thrive. Either way the weed I did get was fresh, no mold.
