Please note that during peak growing times and holidays, the number of orders we receive increases drastically. At these times, we cannot guarantee delivery times, but rest assured we are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Track your Order

When we ship out your order, you will receive an email that includes your shipping confirmation and your tracking number. Use this number to track your parcel by visiting the website of your national postal service. For orders within USA, please use the USPS website. For international orders, please use the postal service website of your country to track your order.

Every single seed in your order is handpicked and closely inspected before it is packed to be sent to you. We take every precaution to ensure the viability of our seeds. Our packaging is extremely durable and can protect the seeds from normal delivery handling. Once the shipment leaves our facilities, we cannot be held liable for their whereabouts while in transit or for their condition upon arrival.

We understand that errors can still occur even with a tracking number. If you have not received your package by the maximum shipping time for your country as listed above, please contact your postal service with your tracking number and inform them of the issue. We understand that losing your package can be frustrating and we will do our best to assist you within our abilities.

Please make sure to review your address when you place your order. If your order fail to deliver, we do not reship orders free of charge. We value your business and appreciate your patience. We certainly try to be as fair and reasonable as possible, and your satisfaction, as a customer, is truly of the utmost importance to us.

Packaging

Though we generally send our cannabis seeds in their original air-tight packaging, in some cases, we may need to remove the packaging to ensure safe and secure delivery, and we reserve the right to do so. All your products will be delivered in padded parcels to ensure they are not damaged during shipping.

If you are ordering from outside the US, we are happy to provide additional privacy for your order with our special stealth packaging. There is no extra charge for stealth packaging.

Neither our company name nor a list of contents will appear on the outside of your parcel. Only necessary postal service information will appear: addresses, stamps, and tracking label.
