Before returning any of our products, please ensure you read and comply fully with the Return Policy below. We are under no obligation to accept a return or provide a refund if these terms are not followed.
Returns
Growers Choice Seeds accepts returns for up to seven days after you have received your order.
You must contact us to let us know you wish to return a product and to begin the return process. Do not return the products until you have received our confirmation of your return. We will provide you with a specific mailing address used only for returns. Do not return products to the main office addresses listed on the website.
Growers Choice Seeds will not issue a refund for any product returned to us without this confirmation.
We strongly recommend including a tracking number with your returned products so you can ensure their safe delivery and receipt. We accept no responsibility for items lost in the postal system during delivery or prior to receipt by our warehouse.
Refunds
Once our shipping warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned items, we will issue a refund for said items in the same method in which the original payment was made. (For instance, if the order was paid for by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card.)
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
